Show boss Simon Cowell has been seeking a replacement for the Australian beauty, 37, but Cheryl has now put a stop to his plans by REFUSING to sign her new contract until Danni Minogue gets hers.
It seems the Girls Aloud beauty was worried she may not like the new judge. Possible replacements which were in the running included Lily Allen (Who Cheryl has a long-running fued with), Charlotte Church (Another long-running feud) and Destiny’s Child superstar Kelly Rowland….who risked upstaging her.

Earlier last week, Jade had mentioned that she was desperate for Girls Aloud to perform at her wedding on Sunday. The whole wedding was planned in 6 days (literally) and Girls Aloud only had 5 days notice that Jade was desperate for their appearance.

This kind of begs the question of why she felt the need to bring up the whole pregnancy issue. I mean any of the 5 girls could get pregnant, and pregnancy isn’t the only issue that could cause the girls to split, so why did Cheryl specifically bring pregnancy up?

All good Girls Aloud fans will know that the group picked up their landmark first Brit Award for best single a few days ago, and as with all good Award Ceremonies goes an after-show bash, which was held at Coleridge’s in Mayfair and was full of more celebrities than you could shake a stick at.

Even when she’s just picked up her first Brit Award, and is on top of the world, Cheryl Cole is not a woman to be messed with.
The gobby Geordie was asked backstage by a reporter if Girls Aloud would be splitting up – just moments after they picked up a gong for Best Single.
But Chezza snarled: “Why would you ask a question like that? We have just won this award voted for by the public. That’s ridiculous.” Furious, she then told the startled interviewer: “You ruined the moment.” And with that, she dragged the rest of the girls away.
