Nadine Coyle is reportedly holding up plans on reuniting with Girls Aloud to record the new album because she is busy failing trying to launch her solo career in America.
Kimberley Walsh is currently trying to pull the group back together so they can start work on the new album, which they’re hoping will be a more mature LP, but Nadine Coyle is in Los Angeles working on her own solo music.
Kim said: “I miss the girls. The plan is… Well, basically, Nadine needs to come over from Los Angeles. We need to chat and book it in because there are five people’s diaries to work around, rather than just one.”

It feels like forever since Girls Aloud last bought out an album, but we all know it’s because of their temporary split. Most of the girls are pursuing solo careers and the most eventful of the five is our own Cheryl Cole. Girls Can’t Catch have revealed that recently they have received some very good advice in the music industry from label mate Cheryl Cole.
Girls Can’t Catch and Girls Aloud are both signed to Fascination Records and Girls Can’t Catch singer Jess Stickly said that Cole offered them some words of wisdom.
Stickly told The Mirror: “When we met Cheryl we were all crammed into one dressing room. She said that’s what she did with Girls Aloud in the early days and told us what else to expect. We were taking notes in our head.”
