Girls Aloud, glamorous, oozing sex appeal and talent, they are Britain’s most successful girl group ever. And thanks to a flair for business, Girls Aloud are now also one of the richest, with a total fortune of nearly £34 million.
Only last week a new money-spinning venture was announced by the girls, their own fake eyelash range. But that is just the latest in a long line of advertising deals and money-making ventures the girls have been apart of.
Since they were created by ITV’s Popstars: The Rivals, the girls have each made an estimated £3million from music sales alone – and a cool £1.8million each from advertising endorsements. And two years ago the group signed a brand advertising deal with Sunsilk worth a reported £800k each. They also netted at least £500k each from their ad campaign for new low-calorie KitKat “Senses” bar.

Girls Aloud will be making a spectacular flying performance at next week’s Dancing on Ice semi-finals, says a report in the Sun.
The popstars are currently learning to fly for their act, which will see them perform their latest single Untouchable while suspended from the ceiling on wires.
Dancing on Ice mentors Torvill and Dean will perform a stunning routine to the number while Cheryl, Kimberley and the girls will fly above.
An insider revealed: “Everyone’s really excited about getting Girls Aloud. It’s wires week so they’ll be suspended from the ceiling.“
Meanwhile, Dancing on Ice bosses have revealed that the demand for tickets for the final is causing them some difficulties.
Insiders have said that too many of the stars’ friends and relatives want to watch them perform for the Dancing on Ice crown.

As Girls Aloud get their breaths back after winning their much-deserved Brit Award, an anonymous source behind Girls Aloud has told a tabloid that American Domination is next on their to-do list.
After the 5-babes signing a three-album deal with Fascination records – which will land the girls a pay rise – record company bosses are priming Cheryl Cole, 25, Nadine Coyle, 23, and co for a stateside assault.
“Cheryl is opening lots of doors for us and The Promise is doing really well in US nightclubs,” a source says, adding that it’s now down to Cheryl to persuade the rest of the girls that 2010 is the year for the band’s global domination.
If anyone can persuade them, it’s our Chezza, shes a national treasure and we don’t want them heading to the states!
