UK singer Cheryl Cole is rumored to be heading back to the US version of “X Factor”. The report said that Cheryl would appear on the show as a guest judge when the series commence this fall. Although this is a downgrade, there are reports that Cheryl does not intend to pass up the kind of money that she is being offered. Still, those close to the 27 year old are concerned that the show’s producers may dupe her twice should she not come up to scratch. And if that happens, industry insiders are already predicting that Cheryl’s American dream could be doomed.

A magazine recently reported that Rihanna invited Cheryl to travel to Barbados so that she can meet Rih Rih’s family. Among the events Rihanna has planned for Cheryl include a visit to one of Barbados’ premier restaurant followed by clubbing at one of the hot party spots there. We heard that Rihanna is planning to ensure that Cheryl is well relaxed as well as she’s also hoping to strengthen their friendship as well.
“The UK born “The X Factor” US judge Cheryl Cole has moved in her brother Garry to be with her in the US to keep her from being homesick. Twenty three year old Garry has already moved in to Cole’s luxurious hotel where he and Cheryl were treated like royalty. The singer – who starts work tonight on the US version of X Factor – touched down late on Friday with Garry Tweedy at her side.
While her living arrangements may be squared off, producers of “X Factor” are a bit worried that the viewing audience would not be able to understand Cheryl’s accent. Judge and show creator Simon Cowell was able to convince the show’s producer otherwise.

It has been reported that at a recent audition, Cole has been applauded and acknowledged by those in attendance. Things got a bit difficult for Cole when the contestants became confused with her strong Newcastle accent; some even answered her question wrong why others asked for her to repeat her questions. In the end, Cheryl did what most foreigners are asked to do when they arrive here: she slowed down and then they finally got it.
Cole is said to be currently working with a vocal coach to help with her accent.
