X Factor judge and Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole has revealed she’s banned friends and family from The X Factor studio audience this Sunday, where she’ll be giving her debut solo performance, singing ‘Fight for this Love’.
The sexy judge told GMTV this morning that her Girls Aloud bandmates wanted to attend to support her, but she politely refused.
She told GMTV: “The girls are itching to come down to support me when I perform but I kind of don’t want them to – because its more scary. If my family are sat in the crowd… it depends which members of my family are in the crowd – some of them make me feel like ‘Yeh I’m ready’, and some make me feel ‘Oh God no – Dad’s in the crowd’. So no, no family or friends.“
Earlier this week, Cheryl Cole was critisicsed by fans and critics, as The X Factor producers announced she would be pre-recording her perfomrnace, and will be miming to a backing track. Cheryl has now dismissed rumours that she’ll be miming, but WILL be pre-recording her performance, due to time restraints on being a judge on the show, as well as a singer.
Whitney Houston is also set to launch her career comeback on this Sunday’s show, so Cheryl has a lot to live up to.
The X Factor goes live at 7.45pm on Sunday. How do you predict Cheryl will do people? Leave us a comment…
