Amidst wide speculations, that Cheryl Cole will be returning to The X Factor in a bid rescue the show from faltering ratings, it’s now confirmed that the “Call My Name” singer won’t be returning on the show.
A spokesperson issued a statement on behalf of Cheryl claiming that the she “has no plans to return” on the X Factor. We don’t know what prompted the Girls Aloud singer to take that action; maybe she is hard ball with the Simon Cowell, the show’s producer after his infamous firing of Cheryl from the X Factor USA.
Earlier, the music mogul has been in talks with Cheryl to bring her back on the show in a desperate attempt to boost its ratings.
Gary Barlow is also thought to be leaving, as it’s said that he is annoyed with Simon Cowell and his advisors over their public attacks. Cowell is still undecided on Louis Walsh. However, if he can’t make his mind to return himself, he still need Walsh to be his “eyes and ears” for the show.
