Cheryl Cole didn’t feel upset for microphone mess up at the “Stand Up to Cancer” event

Cheryl Cole faced some serious microphone issues when she performed at the “Stand Up to Cancer” event on Friday night.

Cheryl was singing her hit number, “Call My Name”, on a dead microphone. Though she was heard a little, mostly it was the backing track that was blaring all along. Oblivious of the dead microphone, Cheryl kept on singing and danced away.

When she performed the second song, “Under The Sun”, she faced the reverse problem, which is the pre recorded song was playing and Cheryl was singing along with it resulting in fans hearing the two Cheryl’s.

The fans became very disappointed and many started wondering whether is this a technical glitch or Cheryl was just pretending to be singing.
However, when the dust settled, everyone realized that this was a mechanical problem.

Cheryl was pretty cool about it too. She commented on Twitter saying, “I really didn’t feel upset about the tech issues during my performance and chat. I just hope everyone commenting on it has done their part 4 the cause.”
