Cheryl Cole, 29, has reportedly held talks with The X Factor producer Simon Cowell, 53, about returning on the show as a judge after two years after the music mogul fired her from the show after appearing for three episodes in the first season in 2011.
The Call My Name hitmaker has judged The X Factor UK version from 2008 to 2010 and now Simon is desperate to get back on the show after the show reported faltering ratings.
The Daily Mirror newspaper citing a source reported that Simon would love Cheryl to be back on the show. They’re chatting to each other more than ever and he’s hopeful that she might join the panel again.
The source continued that Cheryl’s still spending more time in the US and want to stay there permanently, so it seems that she might take the offer.
If Cheryl join the The X Factor USA again, then she’s most probably will replace singer Britney Spears, who has left, and L.A. Reid has also quit the judging panel. This leaves behind only Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell.
Recently, Simon admitted that he’s a huge Cheryl fan and said that she’s one of the most beautiful women he has ever met in his life.
