Cheryl Cole and her record label recently released her third solo single, Cheryl Cole – Parachute, which is proving to be a bit of a hit with the fans.
But while Cheryl was filming the video, MTV caught up with the X Factor judge to get all the behind-the-scenes gossip. The video was filmed just outside London at Eltham Palace, and features Dancing With The Stars man Derek Hough as her love interest in the video.
“The choreographer for this video is Derek – who is a massive ballroom dancer,” Cheryl told MTV. “As soon as I heard Parachute I wanted to do some sort of stamp-me-feet-passionate-ballroom-thing! At first It’s like I’m in a dream world where I’m reflecting on when I was younger and I was in this relationship with this mystery man.“
A giggling Cole added: “Then I’ll be thrown around about eight men who are mysteriously coming in and out.” (Why couldn’t I be one of those eight men????)
Asked how hard it was to dance in that style Cole told MTV: “I did ballroom dancing when I was a kid till I was about ten- so it was something I always admired and loved. I wanted to do something different and this song lends itself to that type of dance- so it’s a perfect match.”

I love it 100% I wonder what kind of dance it is? Either way i wish I can dance like that.
