Denise’s partner Lee Mead proposed to the blonde Londoner last month at the pairs home in Kent, before taking her to St Lucia to celebrate. The actress and presenter is just one of many celebrities which will embark on the Kilimanjaro expedition to raise funds for charity on Red Nose Day.
Denise told Now Magazine: “I’m taking my notebook up Kilimanjaro, so if Cheryl’s got any wedding ideas I can make a little note of them. I’m really excited. But there’s a lot to organise. It’ll be later this year. I want to get the climb done and then we’ll work out what’s what.“
The former Big Breakfast host added that she has been training hard by attending the gym three times per week and even trained during the recent snow flurry which hit the UK in the beginning of February.
The climb is due to take 8 days and will be filmed and shown on TV on the days leading up to Comic Relief night. Donate today
