Its truly been an amazing few weeks for Cheryl Cole. Not only is she doing great with her category on The X Factor, but her X Factor performance was watched by record numbers, her debut solo single, Fight For This Love became the fastest selling single of the year, and now it looks like her album, 3 Words is set to top the album charts on Sunday.
A week after her debut single topped the charts, her first solo album, 3 Words looks set to go strait to number one in the Sunday afternoon album chart’s.
Three Words faces strong competition in the music charts from former X Factor protegee Alexandra Burke, and Michael Jackson‘s album, This Is It, but according to the mid-week album sales figures, Cheryl is leading the pack by quite a large margin.

cheryl cole's 3 words album is fantastic. i had played all the tracks not one but twice over. the tracks have unusual and distinctive upbeat tempo, which i really love. to me cheryl cole's 3 album deserves to be on the number spot. well done cheryl the album ls amazing. love you lots.

When I first got Cheryl's album, it was literally all I listened to because it is IMMENSE!!! Even though I had about another 20 different artists on my iPod, I just couldn't stop playing it. I have all of Cheryl's songs, except the single and EP of 3 Words which is probably my least favourite song on the album, but why would somebody buy a song they don't like so it's just sensible even though the song is growing on me.
