The X Factor judge donned a shirt and mini-skirt when she turned up in Manchester for the latest leg of the X Factor auditions.

The Australian pop star and X Factor judge presented Cheryl with the Yves Saint Laurent gift at her 26th birthday bash at Vanilla on Wednesday.

An insider said: “Cheryl was over the moon – they are both fans of a bit of bling so it went down really well. Next day the girls were hanging out between takes at The X Factor, giggling and swapping stories from the night before.“
