While the debate continues on how bad Cheryl Cole’s X Factor Performance was, one thing’s for sure, Cheryl Cole and Whitney Houston drew the biggest audience The X Factor has ever had.
Ratings for the popular ITV1 Talent Show peaked at an impressive 15 million viewers, beating last years final of 14.6 million viewers tuning in to watch Alexandra Burke be crowned as X Factor winner.
Despite concerns earlier last week that Cheryl Cole would be miming her debut solo performance, on the night Cheryl did perform live, which earned her some brownie points from me. Simon Cowell described Cheryl’s performance as “incredible“, while Dannii Minogue told her Twitter followers: “Cheryl’s performance is hot.“
But viewers were divided when it came to Cheryl Cole’s performance. Some described the performance as “hideous“, while others absolutely loved it. Although I’m personally not keen on Cheryl’s track, I did actually love her performance.
Whether you loved Cheryl’s performance or not, one thing is for sure, The X Factor pulled its biggest ever audience, which proves there is definitely a market for Cheryl Cole.
Who are you routing for on The X Factor this year? Despite this being a Cheryl Cole Fansite, I think Team Minogue will win this year with Lucie Jones hopefully. She better win, the amount of times Ive voted for her!!!

i want one of cheryl's act to win. joe is a brilliant singer, i'm sure he will win the x factor for cheryl. i don't want any of simon's act to win thou.
