Cheryl’s “Call My Name’’ Sets a New Record

Cheryl’s new single “Call My Name’’ from her recent third album “A Million Lights’’, sets a new record. The single sold 152,000 copies in the first week, hence becoming the fastest selling single of 2012. It surpassed Gary Barlow’s , “Sing’’, 142,000 copies in first week, which is also the Gary’s Diamond Jubilee track. This makes Cheryl to have three number one singles under her belt since she went solo. Her previous hits singles are Fight for This Love in 2009 and Promise This in 2010. Earlier this week Cheryl announced that she will going on tour of UK and Ireland starting in October.
