Cheryl Cole and her entourage are claiming that they were targeted by a phone hacker who worked for News of the World. Now cops are investigating it. Cheryl, who is a member of the all girl band Girls Aloud, insists that many of her voicemails were listened to. The cell phone belonged to her management at the time. She believes this happened when she has malaria in 2010.
Cheryl has said in an interview with GQ that it was more of her management being hacked. She says that she personally has not been hacked. She believes that this is due to the fact that she changes her phone number on a regular basis. Officers at New Scotland Yard in London are investigating this, as part of an ongoing probe. This involves allegations of hacking Rupert Murdoch’s tabloid.
Cheryl has had her fair share of time on the news. She was fired from X factor and has also been accused of a sex tape scandal. She also split from her husband Ashley Cole. She has been working hard though with her music, and just finished work on the Call My Name video shoot in which she can be seen wearing some racy outfits.
