Eminem To Become an X Factor Judge Next Year

Simon Cowell has today sensationally offered Eminem a job as a judge on The X Factor next year.

Eminem is set to join the regular panel of Cheryl, Louis, Dannii and Simon as he was told: “The job is yours!!“

Eminem revealed earlier this week that he would like to become a judge on The X Factor, as he spoke out and said he would like to REPLACE Cheryl Cole. He said he thought The X Factor needs a “global mega star” on the panel, and Cheryl isn’t that person.

Last night Simon made Eminem’s dreams of become a judge come true, as he was offered a guest-judge position on the panel. Simon said: “It would be great to have him on as a guest judge. Em – I can call him because we are on first name terms – the job is yours.“

Eminem’s reasons for wanting to become a judge was because he is “desperate to find a new rap star. So much average talent comes out of these reality shows,” said the 37-year-old. “It’s time to give people a chance who deserve it.“

The controversial rapper, who’s own lyrics are peppered with x-rated content added: “A hip-hop star will never win a show like X Factor without somebody like me on the panel. It needs somebody in power to open a door for them.”

But thankfully for the fans, Simon Cowell did clear up the rumours that he would be sacking a judge next year: “I’m not getting rid of anyone!” This follows news that Cowell said live on air while on the Xtra Factor a few weeks ago that he could sensationally axe a judge on next years series to ensure the judges didn’t take the vote to deadlock each week.
