X Factor winner Joe McElderry was shocked to find two fanshiding in the boot of his car last week. The singer had just come offstage in Aberdeen.
The girls – who claim they love Geordie Joe – thought they could get a bit closer to their hero.
They had been in the crowd at the sell-out X Factor gig at the city’s ECC.
A tour insider told the Mirror: “The girls were desperate for a photoand a hug from Joe. They hung around backstage then decided it was timefor desperate measures.
“They found the 4x4 chauffeur-driven car Joe's been allocated for thetour, and after distracting the driver they hid in the back - for threehours.
“Joe had a few drinks with the tour crew before getting into the car.Fifteen minutes into the journey, he heard this s*****ing.
“He looked behind him and saw these girls. He was stunned - not to mention a little freaked out.”
But gentleman Joe didn’t just chuck the stowaways out, he took themback to his hotel, signed an autograph and made sure they got homesafely.

Aww that is so sweet! And he still gave them his autograph, and sent them home safely! What a gentleman! :) Makes me like Joe even more!

Has anyone seen his modelling photos? They are pretty cool :)
