so i couldnt help but notice miley cyrus new album cover's slight resemblance to a Britneys 2003 album in the zone  could she be following the POP Princess foot steps you decide … :)

not exactly alike but some of the art work and mileys wardrobe kinda reminds me of britneys (pre shaved head days) :S

Actually, check out the album cover to Britney's Greatest Hits album. Even the font looks similar. Seems like Miley and her company is quickly running out of ideas.

I don't think that Miley realises that being the next 'Britney' doesn't mean you are popular and all that. It means that you are strong enough to break the walls the media put around you.  Britney is not just another singer. Britney was someone who went against the odds and came back up even though people put her down.
 
It takes a LOT to be the next Britney.
Anyway, Miley's 'Can't Be Tamed' album has already flopped the American Charts. It only sold around 100,000 copies in its opening week. Compare that to her 2008 album 'Breakout' which sold 300,000+ copies in its opening week. 
Also, the last time I checked, Britney's first few albums had opening week sales of 1,000,000 plus. Miley stands no chance.

ppfft no one can top britney ! i mean she had a total break down ! who shaves her head gets fat does a performance for the VMA's thats lets say it a total train wreck then comes back kicking ass looking fab and takes back her tittle as the princess of pop NO ONE can top that

they do. But come on. It's been 4 years since Miley entered the music industry. Yes, she has broken records and she has topped charts all around the world.
But if you compare Miley's first few years to Britney's first few years; Miley is nothing.
In her first few years, Britney changed the music world. She dominated pop culture. She sold more records than any teen star EVER. She achieved all that in less than 4 years.
It really bothers me that people still compare her music to Britneys. Britney can sell albums without doing ANY promo.
Back when Circus was released in 2008, Britney did NO promo for it. Yet, it still debuted at number 1 on the charts and became one of the most successful albums of 2008.

This year, when Miley released Cant be Tamed, she did NON STOP promo. But still her album didn't sell a lot.
