Susan Boyle broke down in tears as fans flew to Japan to give her a birthday surprise .
The singing star has been overwhelmed by the extraordinary supportshe has received from her loyal bunch of fans, and seeing them in Japanfor her birthday, was the icing on the cake.
"She couldn't believe her eyes and burst into tears," event organizer, Linda Caillet told Perez Hilton.
"This started out as a small idea. A couple of us asked if anyonewanted to go to see Susan sing in Japan and before long it became a biggroup of us from all over the world.
Proving fans won’t let get distance get in the way of supportingSu-Bo, Linda added: "One of the group flew over from Australia for aday to buy the tickets because you could only get them in Japan!" Nowthat’s dedication.
The Susan supporters sported badges with her face on them and red scarves as a tribute.
They showered the just-turned- 49 year old with gifts, although nonewere quite as elaborate as the one she received from Simon Cowell – a£6000 bracelet she had had her eye on!Add that to the £4 million royalty instalment Susan received fromSyCo, and it’s easy to understand why Ms Boyle was crying tears of joy.

Good luck to Susan.

Im not keen on her music, but she deserves all the respect in the world. There is no doubt she's a good singer, she's already earned like £6 million since her auditions last year on BGT, so that proves she has talent.

As i said, good luck to the woman.

Listened to her album the other day and I fell in love. This is coming from a girl who is always listening to Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga so it was very different. She made me go to tears when she sang 'how great thou art'. I wish her nothing but succes in the future.

Yeah she does.. Even though she is old and she doesn't look perfect I still like her. She hasn't has plastic surgeries to look perfect *cough cough Madonna*. Most people her age are like Susan.
She is pretty cool to be able to sing like that. If she was younger she would be the Mariah Carey of right now.

Yes indeed, she is only 48/49, hardly old really. And she doesnt look too bad really.

I also like her because she looks natural, and not all pimped with botox etc.

Yup. But today, in the music industry, if you're over the age of 30 you are considered old. That is because the younger generation seem to be taking over the world.

Fully agree. She isn't pimped with botox.
