CherylCole has secretly flown in hunky dancer Derek Hough to join her on tourin the UK – just days after filing for divorce from Ashley Cole.
Sheasked Derek to join her on stage at London’s O2 Arena last night for asteamy ballroom dance – sending a very public message to hersoon-to-be-ex hubby.
A source tells us: “If there was ever aclearer statement that she’s over her ex, this is it. Derek has alwaysbeen very supportive of Cheryl.�
Derek, 24, provided ashoulder to cry on when the Girls Aloud babe flew to Los Angeles in theimmediate aftermath of her split from Ashley in February.
TheAmerican spent almost 10 hours with Cheryl, 26, in her luxury suite inHollywood’s London Hotel following claims that Ashley, 29, had betrayedher by bedding four girls and exchanged explicit pictures with a fifth.
Derek, who Cheryl has described as a “sweetheart�, finally left at 4.15am.
Then in April, while she was on a recording trip he was seen visiting her West Hollywood hotel in the morning for two hours.
Apparently, Cheryl was desperate for Derek to join her on tour after he finished his stint on US [size=100% ! important][color=darkgreen ! important]TV[/size][/color]show Dancing with the Stars. He flew from LA via New York to London onThursday, and has been holed up in a luxury five-star hotel.
Last night he joined her on stage during her hit song Parachute, to perform a sexy dance with her.
A source says: “Cheryl was really excited about seeing Derek again.
“He has been a real rock for her during the trauma of the last few months and a real breath of fresh air to be around.
“She is so pleased he has found time in his busy schedule to be there for her.â€�   A spokesman for Cheryl last night said that Derek’s performance was arranged previously and they were just friends.

I think it's nice that he joined her on stage But your right if it was planned, then the rumours would have already started UNLESS the rumours were kept quiet as in between people that needed to know :/

Its great that she got to perform with him.. and the media sometimes make a big deal out of nothing. remember when Britney Spears performed with Michael Jackson back in 2001? well, on the cover of just about every tabliod was 'Britney & Michael.. is it true' which was really immature. They are trying to make money.
Overall I think Cherly did a great job.

i think cheryl's dance routine is much better when she does it with derek ,cause they have this chemistry already and it's better

I think that her routines work a lot better when she is with Derek as she feels comfortable with him, also it's as if she relaxes on stage and feels at ease dancing with him. Believe it or not, a good dance partner makes such a big difference to the way you dance!! I love how close they are, whether they get together or not its just lovely for her to have someone I always kinda think that being famous must be quite lonely and hard to make friends because how would you know if somebody liked you or just liked your fame?! So i am very happy that she has somebody who is there for her through thick and thin
