"You move on quickly don't you" Cheryl laughed as she and Ashley walked into their flat together "How long has it been since you and that Rebecca girl split up?" She asked, in a joking kind of way "Cheryl, please we weren't even going out" Ashley replied, turning on the living room light "Well, you looked like it" She replied, her face dropping a little "Well, we weren't" He told her, the couple sat next to each other on the sofa together "You now, it makes me wonder are you ever going to actually get married again? And do the whole baby thing, Or just have all these flings, with all these different girls you just seem to pick up from anywhere and everywhere?" She asked. The couple had been devoiced for two years now and had decided to just stay friends, but very good friends, they where still really close and just seemed to have a special bond and get on with each other. They where now living together after a year apart, in a two bedroomed flat in London, and it just seemed to work. They never brung up the past or spoke of how their marriage sadly ended, but they regularly spoke of the more happier times they had spent together. They where also very open with each other when it came to new relationships, or in Ashley's case flings, Cheryl realised that there was no way he would ever change, as he couldn't for his wife, so there was no way he would for any other girl. Living with Cheryl meant that she would keep him on track and make sure the last woman knew they where over before he went on to the next one. Cheryl on the other hand hadn't really been with anyone else since Ashley, two years ago. She just never found anyone and she would feel awkward living with her ex whilst seeing someone else, so she just managed the flat and his women. She was still with Girls Aloud and they had just done a sell out arena tour, they where also beginning work on a new album. "Well, what about you, we need to get you a man around the house" He told her, placing his hand on her knee, "Up to you" She shrugged with a cute little smile, deep down she was just happy at the moment "Well, you know, we wont be living like this forever" He told her "And why not?" She asked "Well, you never know, we could be, but just say I was to move out or something" He replied, as Cheryl's face dropped slightly "Why?" She asked, frowning "Well, I'm not saying I will, I'm just saying you never know what's going to happen in the future really do you, just look at us, I mean we where planning kids and stuff, but were just friends now" He smiled as he spoke "Yeah, yeah I suppose your right" Cheryl went a bit quiet as she sat back in her seat "You just never know" He repeated, turning on the TV..................
 
Part 1
"Well, I'm off to work" Ashley yawned as he stood up from his seat at the breakfast table and stretched, "Okay, then I've got radio today" She replied "Okay, what time you back?" He asked "Not sure yet, but don't worry I'll be home in time to make some dinner" Cheryl sarcastically replied "Okay, see you later" And with that he picked up his jumper and wandered out of the kitchen to find his keys hanging on a hook by the front door, before leaving for football training. "Bye" Cheryl sighed, sitting back in her chair, she began to play with the end of a spoon coming out of her warm cup of tea, she let out a loud sigh, when he left..........................
 
"So today I'm joined by the one and only, Miss, Cheryl Tweedy" Chris moils announced "Hello" Cheryl smiled, placing the palm of her hand on the headphone at the side of her head, she dropped her fingers and let them relax on the peace of plastic covering her ear. "So how are we today then?" Chris started off asking "I'm good thank you, myself and Ash got in late last night so I'm a bit tired for this 6.00 start this morning but hay I'm all good" She smiled "Oh yeas, that's right, because you still live with Ashley though your not..." Cheryl cut him off there "Though where not in a relationship, eye, that's right" She told him "Okay, so how does that work then, because I suppose, presumably, I mean you sleep in separate beds? Am I right?" He then asked "Yeah, in separate rooms" She confirmed "So, do you not find that a little bit weird, like do you look at him and think, 'I did' or do you just never talk about you two, together, as a couple?" Chris continued to ask questions, in the hope to find out something, people don't know "Well, it's actually really good, because we get on and we have a laugh, I mean you could say were like an old married couple, in the fact that we know how each other work, and we play on that, so it's kind of like a little bond , I mean I like to think it's more than friendship, but less than anything romantic, or... you know.." Cheryl smiled "well, you know, if it works, it works, and I wish the two of you all the best" He smiled "Thank you" Cheryl tilted her head slightly, as she does when she gives thanks, letting her dimples free for everyone in the studio to see "So, this new Girls Aloud album, were gonna play a couple of your old songs, we've got The Promise and going way back, Love machine, then we'll talk about the new album" He smiled "Yeah, sounds good, can you believe how old Love Machine is now, and Sound Of The Underground is now, 10 years" She pulled a slight face, to show how astonished she was "I know, I think I'm gonna get you singing along to this one" Chris pressed a few buttons and the sound of Sound Of The Underground filled the room, "Do you still know it all?" He asked "Yeah, we still sing it now actually, on out tours" She smiled. Chris began singing to it as did Cheryl, before he put on The Promise, followed by Love Machine.... they then carried on the interview..............
 
When Cheryl arrived home, she walked into the living room to find a pile of Ashley's bed sheets on the floor that he had left her to wash. So she picked them up and dropped them on the floor in front of the washing machine, opening the door she realised that it was empty, so filled the drum up with Ashley's dirty laundry. She reached in the cupboard and pulled out some conditioner and washing powder, before adding it to the washing machine. Shutting the draw, she twisted the knob and watched to make sure it filled up with weather, before going around the rest of the house and tidying up. This was another good thing for Ashley about living with Cheryl, she all ways tidied up when he was out, so he would come home to a nice tidy house.............
 
Part 2
"Smells, good in here" Ashley breathed in the sent of Cheryl's cooking, as he walked in the kitchen "Where having a chilli and I've made us a cake for pudding, with custard" Cheryl smiled "Mmmm... sounds good" He smiled, taking a can of coke from the fridge "Water" Cheryl firmly told him, handing him an empty glass, like you would with a child "Okay, okay, yes mum" Ashley joked as he took the empty glass and placed the coke back in the fridge "Well, you wont eat all your dinner" She smiled "Okay" He agreed, as he filled up the empty glass with cold water from the tap "How long have we got them?" He asked "Not long now, you can set the table" She replied. Without saying a word Ashley did as he was told by Cheryl and set the table...............
 
"Have you seen those new girls that have moved in across the hall?" Ashley asked as he shoved more food into his mouth "No, but trust you" Cheryl laughed "Well, I was walking up the stairs and saw them "Okay, I agree with you" She joked "No honestly" He went a little high pitched "Ash, give it a week and they'll probably be round here knocking on the door for you, then give it two weeks and I'll be telling you to tell her that you're not actually together" She sighed, knowing how Ashley worked, and what would happen, the usual rotation of women in his life, over and over again "Actually, I don't want to be like this anymore, I've decided" He went a little quieter "What's brought all this on?" She asked "Well, you know, most women want a proper relationship and I'm sick of just being there for the first week, I mean I want to do the whole marriage and babies thing" He told her, to be honest she felt a little hurt by what he had just said, why now? Why not when they where married? Was she really that bad as a wife? Is this why she has been single since her marriage to Ashley?..............
 
"What's up?" He asked, bringing her out of her thoughts "Nothing" She quiet simply shrugged "No, what is it?" He pushed for her to tell "Well, why has it taken so long for you to figure this out?" She tried not to snap at him "I don't know, I guess I just realise now that I need to grow up I mean I'm 30, now, not 24 anymore" He told her nicely "I suppose, I think we just settled down too soon to be honest, we weren't mature enough for marriage" She replied, still trying not to sound to hurt "Yeah, I guess we where, I mean we never really knew what to expect, but now we do we can go off and find someone each, and settle down, have a couple of kids, and who knows, maybe we'll get our happy ever afters" He smiled "Aaw" She sighed "What?" He asked "It's just cute, you know, you dreaming of happy ever afters" She continued to smiled, making him laugh "You do come out with some funny stuff" He replied "I'm glad I've got you here as a friend" He told her "Me too" She quietly replied, before taking a sip of water from her glass............
 
Part 3
Two weeks later
Ashley's phone buzzed for about the fourth time in about a minute, as it sat on the coffee table in the living room, Cheryl was on one sofa whilst he was on the other, watching a DVD "Whose that, you keep on texting then?" Cheryl asked, looking over at Ashley "Oh it's just Kelly" He smiled, picking up his phone to read her text ""Whose Kelly?" She asked "The girl from across the hall, she moved here with her friend, Amber. They're really nice actually" He smiled, as he began to text her back. "So, is this you on your wife hunt?" She asked "Cheryl, I'm not on a wife hunt, I'm just really ready for a proper serious relationship now" He told her "Okay" She sighed as she pulled out her phone from underneath a cushion she was leaning on, and began to text Kimberley. Hey babe, u up to much? XxxCherylxxx Hiya, no not doin anythin, wanna come over 4 a cuppa and a hobnob? XxxKimbaxxx Yeah okay then pet, on me way xxxCherylxxx C u soon xxxKimbaxxx
Cheryl stood up and stretched as Ashley watched "I'm off to Kim's for a bit" She smiled "Okay, how long are you gonna be?" Ashley looked worried at the thought of having to try and work out how to begin to cook some sort of dinner for himself "Not sure, look why don't you take that Kelly girl out for dinner, so I can stay longer without worrying about having to come back and make you something" She told him, as she began to put her shoes on. "Yeah, good idea, thanks" He smiled "No problem, but just tell me if your gonnah bring her back here, cos I really don't wannah be here, with all that going on" She smiled "She's not gonna come back here, were gonna go out separate ways when where done" He replied "Okay, see you later" She walked over to her front door with her keys in her hand "Bye" He called back in reply, before she shut the door...................
 
"What's up with you then?" Kimberley asked as she flicked the switch on the kettle, before sitting with Cheryl at the wooden kitchen table "Well, it's Ashley" She sighed "Again" Kim asked "What, it it this time?" She continued, "Well, he told me the other night that he was finally ready for all the marrige and kids stuff" Cheryl sighed "Well isn't that a good thing?" Kim asked "Well, so you would think right? But no he's not interested in me, he's going to find someone else, he's been texting that Kelly woman from across the hall" Cheryl sighed "Aaw babe, you need to let go, you know, it's been what? 2 years now" Kim tried to work it out in her head "Well, It's like the middle of June so nearly 2 ½" Cheryl corrected her "There you go then, you need to get out there and find a man, then maybe he'll see you two together and think, wow what am I doing here? I mean do you still want to be his wife?" Kim asked "Course I do, I mean I have done since we split, we act like a couple, we still live together, I cook and clean, he's all ways working and when he comes home, dinners practically ready, it's like we are married, but then we don't shear a room, let-a-lone a bed, and only one of us still loves the other, and that's me. It's all ways bloody me, I mean when we where married, I was the one that fought his corner, when the world turned a against him, who was there for him? Me and then who got it all chucked back in their face again? Me, I just wish he'd see what he's done to me and I wish he still loved me back" Cheryl was beginning to get very annoyed "Here you go" Kim handed her a cup of tea "Thanks babe, anyway, where's Justin?" Cheryl asked, as she took the tea from Kimberley "Out at the moment, you need to get yourself a new man don't you, really" Kim sighed "Aye, I guess I do really don't I" Cheryl kind of agreed, before taking a sip of tea "Come on, we'll go out later" Kim smiled "...And find you a nice man" She quickly added "...Oh Kim... I don't know" Cheryl went a little quiet "Well, come on it will be a laugh, we haven't been out in ages, just us, and then we'll find you someone, you'll get together, Ashley will realise how much he really does still love you then you'll get back together again wont you babe" Kimberley reassured her Geordie friend............
 
Part 4
"Chez" Adam the tall dark man moaned at Cheryl as he pulled her back onto his lap, whilst he sat on the sofa at hers "I need the toilet" She giggled.. "Adam, no!" She laughed, as he tickled her "If you need a wee, why don't you just go then" He laughed, pushing her down so she couldn't get up again "Hmm.... I wonder what's in the way" She sarcastically laughed, as he released her and let her sit up "Go on then" He laughed "Na, I'm okay now" She smiled "All of that" He gave another laugh Cheryl's eyes kept wandering down to his huge, muscles "What?" He asked "Nothing" She replied, giving him a little smile, he raised his eyebrows at her "Nothing" She went a little high pitched "Okay" He turned his head, as if to be offended, so she wrapped her arms around him "Oh now you like me" He smiled "Yeah, maybe" She joked "Good" He turned to her and they stared into each others eyes, moving closer and closer, until Ashley walked in the room "Sorry... Didn't know you two where in here" He nervously apologised, as he sat down and put the TV on "Don't worry, were off out anyway" Cheryl smiled as she let her arms fall off of Adam's back, the room went silent, and filled with atmosphere, so Cheryl decided to stand up, ready do go to the beach, pulling Adam up with her "See you later Ashley" She smiled "Okay" He replied as she walked out the room with Adam. Ashley's love life hadn't really gone well, so he was now the single one whilst Cheryl was dating Adam. The tables had reversed now, and he didn't like it. He just wanted Cheryl back to himself, which is what she wanted originally, but she was beginning to slowly fall for Adam................
 
At the beach, Cheryl and Adam had found a spot to sit, well sunbathe "You coming in the sea?" Adam pulled off his top as he looked over Cheryl's gorgeous body, as she lay sunbathing wearing her bikini top and denim shorts "Hmm... in a bit though yeah" She smiled "Oh please I'm too hot and it's the best way to cool down" He laughed slightly "Hmm... Go on then, just for you" She sarcastically replied...............
 
He took her and in his and they walked down to the sea "F**k it's freezing" She screeched "Haha yeah it's the sea, come on" He laughed as he pulled her in deeper "Ooh it's too cold in here" She shivered as she stamped her feet, the water was hitting her stomach, creating goosebumps all over her body "You are cold aren't you" He smiled at her as he brushed his hands up her arms, feeling all the goosebumps "Yeah, just a bit" She shivered more "Look, move around a bit you'll warm up more" He told her, she just shook her head and rested it against his chest. Placing his hand on the back of her neck they stayed there for a few minutes, as she began to warm up and get used to the temperature of the water she removed her head and looked up at him, he looked down at her before placing a kiss on her lips. After a couple of seconds, they came apart "Come on let's go for a swim" She smiled, walking deeper into the water, he followed "Someone's warmed up" He grinned "Well, I'm used to the temperature now" She smiled, stopping in front of him, he wrapped his arms around her waste and took in a deep breath as they looked out to the sea "Lovely isn't it?" He smiled "Yeah, it's nice" She replied, placing her hands on his..........
 
Meanwhile
"Mum, I mean really, this is stupid" Ashley spoke to his mum on the phone "Well, just tell her that's how you feel then" Sue replied "No 'cos she's obviously happy with him isn't she, else she would still be single, then we could get back together" He sighed "Well, are they actually together?" she asked "Erm... as far as I know, yeah they're not public but I nearly walked in on them kissing this morning, and it's horrible, 'cos since him I was the last person she kissed and.. well... you know, god I just want her back mum" He sighed "Well you should have thought about all of this before you cheated on her then, shouldn't you" She replied "I know and I really am so sorry, I mean really so so so so so sorry" He replied "Well, there's no point you telling me that is there, I mean, it's her you should be apologising to" Sue replied "Yeah, well it's her birthday soon, so I'm gonna have to get her something really special aren't I, I mean something that she really wants and that's gonna mean soo much to her, and out do Adam's present" Ashley replied "Ash, no that's not very fair" She told him firmly "Mum, all is fair in love and war" He smiled "Ashley..." …................
 
Part 5
 
"You hungry?" Adam asked as Cheryl awoke next to him at his house "Yeah" She smiled, "But I can wait" She added "Wait for what?" He asked, giving her a kiss on the nose "'Till I get up, I really can't be bothered" She yawned "Me neither I'll get some breakfast and bring it in if you want, you can have breakfast in bed?" He asked "Hmm.. Haven't had breakfast in bed for ages" Cheryl smiled "Since, Ashley?" Adam frowned "No, no no he cant cook, I'm going back years" She quickly reassured him "Oh okay, well give me a minute and I'll go and get some food" He smiled, as he stretched and yawned, ready to get up and get them something from the kitchen.
 10 minutes laterAdam arrived back in the bedroom with a tray of food, including, pancakes, syrup, sugar, lemon juice, ice cream and two cups of tea, only to find Cheryl had fallen asleep again. He placed the tray on the bedside table and got back in bed next to Cheryl, wondering what he should do, leave her? Or wake her? So he gently placed his hand on her side, running his thumb across her bony little hip, before giving her a kiss on the forehead. As he pulled away her eyes flickered open "Breakfast" He whispered, she still lay there, now smiling at him "Okay" was her reply. He then sat up and pulled the tray onto his lap, before she sat up......................

 
Later that day
"What's up Chez?" Kim asked Cheryl as they sat at her (Kim's) kitchen table again "Oh, it's just him again, you now?" Cheryl sighed "What? Adam?" Kim asked "No, the other him" Cheryl took a sip of her piping hot tea "Oh, why? What's he done now?" She asked "Oh I don't know, he nearly walked in on us the other day- not like, we where just about to kiss that but I do want to live with him, but then I want to be with Ads" She sighed "Oh Ads now is it" Kimberley joked "Ha shut it you" Cheryl laughed, before sighing again "Well, do you still love Ashley then?" She asked, this time Cheryl chose not to reply, instead she just shrugged "You do don't you" Kim pushed for an answer again "Oh yes, okay, yes I think I do" Cheryl went quiet "Oh I'm really sorry" Kimberley sighed "What for?" Cheryl asked "Well, for making you believe that finding someone else would make Ashley jealous" She sighed "Me too, but I cant play Adam like this, I need to choose just one don't I?" She asked, all ready knowing the answer, but secretly hoping Kimberley would just tell her what she wanted to hear and say that it's all okay and maybe she can have both of them "You just need to pick one babe" Kimberley told her...............
 
When Cheryl arrived home she was greeted by Ashley, who was on the X Box "You okay?" For the first time in his life Ashley turned the console off to talk to Cheryl, wow! "Yeah, I'm okay, you?" She sighed slightly "Yeah I'm good thanks, where's Adam?" Ashley asked "Oh he's at his mam's today" She slightly smiled "Just us for dinner then?" Ashley asked "Yeah, it is" Cheryl replied "You cooking then?" She joked, fully aware that he cant cook to save his life "Yeah why not!" He laughed "Naah... I'll grab a pizza if you want, my treat" He smiled "Aaw okay then, what's all this for?" She smiled "Just feel like it, I'll drive down there in a bit and I'll grab some wine too, red I think?" He asked, knowing red was Cheryl's favourite. "Mmm.. Yeah, count me in" She smiled............
 
When Ashley returned Cheryl had got changed into her pyjamas "Hay what's all this" He laughed "Just wanted to feel, you know comfy" She smiled, knowing Ashley liked it when she wore her pyjamas, also knowing that she kind of had a boyfriend, but she just had to block him out for just this one night, not even for the whole night, just over dinner. The pear sat next to each other on the white leather couch, leaning up against all the lime green cushions, for comfort. The lights where dim and they decided to not watch any TV. "So how's it going with you and lover boy then?" Ashley asked "It's okay" She simply replied "Okay?" an astonished looking Ashley asked "Yeah well you know how it is, new relationship and all. Deep down he just wanted her there and then and so did she, but they couldn't as they didn't know each other felt the same way "What about you anyway, it's been a while" Cheryl asked as they shared wine and pizza "Oh you know" He tried to brush off the conversation "No, that's why you're going to tell me Ash" She laughed, just realising she had not called him 'Ash' since they got divorced- two years ago "Well, you know, I just, I wanted to change and get married, settle down, have kids and all that stuff, but I need to find her..." He stopped and looked at Cheryl "Who" The single word escaped her lips as they where lost for staring at each other, "My wife... A wife I mean" He replied, they still engaged in total eye contact, brown eyes, to brown eyes "Me too" She almost whispered, forgetting everything else in the world Ashley pushed himself forward as did Cheryl and their lips met in the middle....
 
Holding them there for a few seconds, Cheryl opened her mouth slightly, to allow Ashley to push his tongue into her mouth, she then pushed hers into his, as he pulled his out slightly and they continued their kiss for a few seconds, within them few seconds, passion filled the air, fireworks went off, sparks flew, tongues danced, hands cupped and distance disappeared, before Cheryl made the first move and pulled away "We can't" She whispered, their lips still so close together "Then why aren't you moving further away?" He asked, so desperately wanting to take her lips back "I don't know" She replied, kissing him again. This time when she pulled away, she moved away a bit more. He stopped and looked at her before barley whispering that one killer word "Adam?" "Sorry" She replied, taking his hand in her's "I cant do this to him" She replied, just wanting to cry, at what she had just done, she knows how it feels to be cheated on and she wouldn't wish it on her worst enemy, so why would she do it to her boyfriend? They sat in silence for a few seconds "Sorry" He replied, not really knowing what to say "Why are you sorry for?" She asked "For kissing you" He replied "Don't be, it was amazing" She smiled as did he "But you've got him" Ashley sighed She lent her head on his arm, making him move it and let her rest on his chest before rapping his arm around her "Yeah, I know" She sighed, Ashley hugged her a bit tighter, "Well, you cant take the blame, I kissed you back" She told him "I know, and it was amazing you're right, just like the good old days" He smiled "Ash" She sighed. Her mind now doing somersaults, not even gymnasts could do, she was soo confused, what was she going to do? It was Adam or Ashley?.....
 
Part 6
A few weeks had past and Cheryl and Ashley still found themselves shearing a few kisses and cuddles behind closed doors, but Cheryl was still with Adam and they had been together for just over a month now. There sex life was paying too. Cheryl didn't really want to sleep with him, because she wanted to be with Ashley again, though she did love Adam. She found herself in with a really tough decision to make to make it worse she didn't want to leave Adam for Ashley, only for him to cheat on her again. There was still that same question going round and round in her mind: What was she going to do?
 
It was a summer night, and Cheryl and Ashley where alone in the flat, she had fallen asleep, on the sofa, which he only realised when he got up in the middle of the night. He walked over to her, and lifted her up in his arm, like a baby. He gently carried her into her bedroom, resting her on her bed. He pulled the cover over her as she stirred in her sleep, awakening slightly, though she kept her eyes shut. "Ashley" She whispered "Shh... Go to sleep" He spoke gently as he sat down beside her and stroked the side of her face, with the back of his fingers, trying to get her back to sleep again. She finally dosed off. So he pulled his hand away and stood up "Stay here" She whispered again, still keeping her eyes shut, he sat down, before she shuffled over a little, allowing him to get in beside her. He slipped under the covers and pulled her in for a hug. He remembered from when they where together that she just liked his warm hugs, so he thought he'd hug her now. She let out a little peaceful sigh as she felt happy to be back in his arms once more, then she whispered those
three words "I love you" Before falling asleep, leaving Ashley to wonder if she really did mean it or if it was just her talking in her sleep...
 
Next morning
When Cheryl awoke, Ashley was all ready awake, facing her as he'd been watching her sleep peacefully. She smiled as she breathed in the morning air "Morning" She smiled, taking his soft warm hand, under the duvet "Hey" He replied softly "You, know what I said last night?" She asked "Yeah" He replied, feeling a little worried as to what she was going to say next "Well, you know I did mean it" She told him, not knowing weather to be happy or not "You know what, I love you too" He smiled, therefore making her smile "Good" She whispered, he leaned forward and gently kissed her on the lips, he opened his mouth for her to allow her tongue slide in...
When they pulled away, Ashley pulled her in for a hug again, but there was still one thing on their minds- Adam..........
 
Part 7
"What are you gonna do then?" Kimberley asked as they sat round her's again, after Cheryl explained the whole story of the night before and the morning "I really don't know, because I know I'll take one look at Adam and think, god I must be crazy, but then I look at Ashley and think, I want to be with you again" Cheryl sighed "But which one do you actually love, or love more?" Kim asked "..." Cheryl kept her silence and shrugged, of course she knew how she felt, deep down in her heart but she couldn't bear to break the other one's heart "Cheryl" Kimberley pushed for an answer "Well I love Ashley..." She paused "But?" Kimberley "No that's it I love Ashley, I want to be with him "And Adam?" Kimberley asked "Adam" Cheryl sighed as she thought about what to do "Oh I don't know" She replied "Cheryl, which one can you not see yourself living without?" Kimberley asked "Ashley" Cheryl whispered "So, if you get with Adam and stay with him, you'll all ways be thinking about Ashley, because you seem to not be able to live without him, so go with the logic here" Kim pointed out "Yeah... I know what to do" Cheryl replied
 
...When Cheryl arrived home she went into her room, to find her bed covered in rose petals "Ashley, what the hell?" She called, but there was no reply, just a little letter on the bed. She wandered over and opened it. The letter read Cheryl did what the note said and made her way to the bathroom, when she walked in there where scented candles every where, the bath was full and the room was covered in more rose petals, Ashley was standing in the middle of the bathroom, waiting for Cheryl "What's all this for?" She asked "Like I said I wanted it to be special" He smiled, as she walked over to him and hugged him. "Look I've done you a bath, then I want you to put that dress on that's on your bed, then come into the dining room" He told her, as he kissed her head "There wasn't a dress on my bed" She pointed out "Not yet" He smiled. He had taken the whole day to work all of this out, and had it all planned to the very last detail. "Aaw thank you" She smiled, looking at her bath, filled with loads of fluffy bubbles, she looked back up at him and gave him a long lasting passionate kiss "That's okay" He smiled "Right I'll leave you to your bath in peace, you've got about half an hour, is that okay?" He asked "Erm.. yeah okay, are we going out?" She asked "Nope, but I have got it all sorted out" He told her before shutting the door as he left, leaving her with loads of unanswered questions.........
 
Half an hour later, Cheryl emerged from her room dressed in a lovely long white dress, it must have cost Ashley an absolute bomb "Ash it's wonderful" She smiled, walking into the dining room to see a Chinese set out on the table, it was take away of course, as Ashley couldn't cook, but it was the thought that counts, and there must have been a lot of thought gone into this. "You look gorgeous" He smiled, taking her in, she had put minimal make up on and put her hair back, with lose curls coming down the side of her face "Thank you" She smiled, both of them totally forgetting about Adam by now. She sat opposite him at the table, as they began to eat.
When they finished Cheryl sat and took in everything that had gone on today, totally shocked by the amount of effort Ashley had gone through just for her. "Look, I've been thinking" He smiled, nervously placing his hand in his pocket "Right" She smiled "Well, I really, really do love you, and I'm so much more mature and ready now" He smiled, getting down on one knee he looked up at Cheryl and pulled out a small box from his pocket, he opened it to reveal a lovely white gold ring, that glistened just like Cheryl's eyes "So, will you marry me" He asked "Ashley!" She smiled "Yes" She replied, leaning her head down to kiss him. Finally they could be together again "I love you" He got up and took his chair back after they pulled away, bit still held her left hand in his "I love you to" She smiled, back at him......
 
Cheryl and Ashley walked into her room as they passionately kissed "Sure you want to do this?" He asked between kissed "Well, were getting married arn't we?" She asked "Yeah, yeah we are" He now smiled at the thought of Cheryl being his wife again "Good, lets be together again then" She repleid "Yeah, I really want to be with you so so much" He told her, pushing her down onto the rose petal covered bed "I love you loads and loads and loads" He spoke, slightly out of breath as he kissed her neck "I love you to" She pulled him up to her level and took back his lips. Running his hand down her leg, he sent a shiver down her spine before pulling of his trousers, then his top, before helping her out of her dress............................................ ............
　
Next day, Cheryl was now round Adam's so she put her new engagement ring round her finger on her opposite hand so he didn't see it "Adam" she complained as he kissed her neck, she remembered last night when Ashley was kissing it, and she felt really guilty for sleeping with him, whilst still with Adam, so she had to end it between them "What's up?" He asked as he pulled away "You know what, I just don't think we can be together any more" She sighed "Why not, what's wrong?" He asked "Well, no, nothings wrong, it's just that I don't think it's really working I'm really sorry" She apologised, not really knowing what else to say she stood up and walked out of the house.
 
When out side she put her new engagement ring on the proper finger before heading home to Ashley, where they could finally get on with their lives together, and hopefully this time round, things would be better and they could have them children they all ways seemed to go on about!
