The forum seems to be a little on the quiet side today, so here's a competition to liven things up a little.

We're giving away a copy of the best-selling Cheryl Cole - Unofficial Biography (Updated Edition) written by Sean Smith. It's consistently appeared on the Sunday Times Bestseller List so it's a great prize for any Girls Aloud Collection.

To win, you simply need to caption this picture. Your entry will be judged on their originality and their humour. We are looking for whitty one-liners.

One additional prize will be given to a random person who retweets this post.
