Id like to see her do some solo music, but I don't see her being a success at it. The die-hard Girls Aloud fans will buy the album, maybe, but the mass public wont.

She is constantly ridiculed by the press because of her 'odd looks', she doesn't have the strongest voice in the band, she's very timid, I can't see her doing sold-out arena tours as a solo artist.

And the vast majority of men and teenage boys, don't really find her attractive - that is a big part of Girls Aloud's buyers market. Teenage lads and 'dirty old men' - if that segment of the market don't really like you, thats a big chunk of your potential revenue, gone.

I think Nicola knows this, and won't go down the solo career route. She will stick to the cosmetics and fashion side of things i think,

I agree, she would'nt be a sell out like Cheryl, but maybe could appear or feature on Cheryl or Nadine's solo album that would be good  ;)

I'd like her to make a solo album. But she has always seemed the most nervous of them all.. maybe too much for her :\

Yes, this could work, but I feel Cheryl and Nadine will want to remain independent solo artists, and collaborating with each other or other girls aloud members, it just wont happen.


I think they'll try to remain totally solo, and if they do do collaborations, it wont be with the other girls.
