She looks amazing the way she is. I have never felt you need to go under the knife to look 'beautiful'. Beauty doesn't come from pain (: And i love Sarah for clearing up the rumors.

I dont think surgery makes you beautiful, half the time it can ruin your looks. Beauty comes from within anyways.

And I also love sarah for clearing these rumours up.

Yeah. Some people go under the knife and when they come out they look hideous.. It's just not worth it.

it's a lot to risk. I don't look amazing either.... But hey, if I go under the knife there is a chance that everything will go bad. You can even become addicted to pain killers after a plastic surgery.

Yeah I know! Who'd risk it eh?

Plus, there is a risk the surgeon could go wrong, and you die all in the name of looking pretty.
