Sarah Harding has long been known for her ultra-slim figure and her serious hard-partying.
But with all the media attention surrounding band mate Nadine Coyle's weight loss, the Girls Aloud singer is clearly keen to dispel any myths about her eating habits.
In an interview with Now magazine, the skinny singer said: "I've put on a stone since January. I know I was too skinny, but it wasn't my fault.
"You work so hard dancing on tour that you burn 2,000 calories a night on stage, so it's hard to get that amount of calories back in.
"Now that Girls Aloud are on a break, I've been able to relax. Plus, I broke my foot in January so I haven't been to the gym."
But the celebs always seem prone to a new diet fad and Ms Harding is no exception. She also revealed an unusual (and distinctly unappealing) addition to her eating habits - charcoal.
"I crumble it up and put it on my food," she explained to a no doubt open-mouthed journalist. "I found out about it on a fashion website. It has a strange texture, but it doesn't taste of anything and apparently absorbs all the bad, damaging stuff in the body."
Before any of you go picking through your fireplace though, Sarah added: "It's not the regular charcoal you put in fires, though - I'm not that mad!
"I get it from the health food shop and I think it's good for hangovers, too."
Ah... suddenly it all becomes clear.
