Girls Aloud have been through the wars whilst on their current Out of Control Tour, revealed Sarah Harding and show insiders. The girls have been left black and blue by their intensive dance routines.
A firm favourite of the fans is the Girls Aloud hit ‘Fix me Up,’ the five girls do a suggestive pole dance each on their own podium, but according to lead singer, Sarah Harding, its anything but sexy from their point of view.
“Look at my arm – I’m not going to be able to hide that, am I?” She told the Daily Star, pointing to a huge bruise. “It’s full-on from the first song. We decided to really go for it. God knows what our arms will look like by the end of the tour.“
The pop babes began their Out Of Control Tour on Friday in Manchester Arena, but despite having been in the girl band for 7 years, Sarah admits that she still gets struck by nerves before going on stage. “Before the first show I was only able to eat three bananas – my stomach was in knots knowing everyone from home would be there.“
It seems that Sarah Harding wasn’t the only member to be struck down with nerves. Cheryl Cole was reportedly hit with stage fright minutes before the start of the show. Her other band mates had to sit her down for a pep talk before she was happy enough to kick off the opening night of their Out of Control Tour.
