Girls Aloud reunited officially with their new song “Something New” leaked

Girls Aloud, after a three years gap have officially reunited and are expected to continue with their phenomenal success since the band was formed.

The band’s new reunion single, “Something New” has leaked online, though the track has been removed later from the website where it first originated.

Girls Aloud has launched a new website last week with a 10 day countdown on its page, which confirmed the rumors of their reunion. Even though, the band was supposed to reunite this Friday, the leaked video is enough to assure us that the band has definitely got back together.
But the question remains for how long?

According to NME reports, Cheryl Cole wrote in her autobiography, that the reunion will be short. She also hinted that the band will come up with a “greatest hit record” and a 10th anniversary tour. Cheryl wrote, “We’ll be working on a tour and greatest hits album. Then I think that’s it for Girls Aloud. We’ve achieved more than any of us ever dared to dream of.”

Girls Aloud went on hiatus as the band members, Cheryl Cole, Kimberly Walsh, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, and Nicola Roberts all decided to go solo. Cheryl became an X Factor judge and currently enjoying a promising solo singing career. While the other girls did some song writing, came up with their own materials, some did some acting on TV and on stage, while some collaboration with other music artists and also performed in “Strictly Come Dancing.”
