Earlier this evening, the country tuned in to the most anticipated show of the year.
The X Factor Live Shows return to our TV screens, bringing us 12 of the freshest ‘pop-stars’ in the country.
Like many of the other contestants on The X Factor this evening, Joseph McElderry sang a Robbie Williams classic, ‘No Regrets’.
Most of the judges seemed to agree that Joe McElderry was ‘one to watch’, and could be the ‘dark horse’ of the competition. Although Cheryl Cole’s first two act’s didn’t live up to expectations, Joe proved to be a very good singer, that teamed with his good looks, he is certainly a contender to win The X Factor 2009.
Cheryl Cole: “Go on son, get in there.“
Simon Cowell: “Absolutely brilliant. You’ve got a great melody about your voice. It was the perfect choice of song. You are a little dark horse Joe, and I agree with Louis You’ll be around a long time.“
Louis Walsh: “I think we’ve found ourselves a popstar. I predict you’re the one to watch in the competition. “
Dannii Minogue: “You absolutely nailed it. Forget about wanting to be a popstar, you are a superstar.“

I love Joe so much, he's the only reason i'm still watching the show, as much as i hate John and Edward i love Joe too much to boyycot the show,
i hope Joe releases the song dance with my father, i've not stopping listening to his version on youtube since he sang it on the show, best version EVER! I'd marry Joseph if he was a little bit old, I love him so much!!!!
