This follows after reports surfaced that L’Oreal bosses were thinking to part ways with the Call My Name singer as they were unimpressed with her huge rose tattoo as Cheryl’s latest body art isn’t complaint with the company’s “natural beauty” image. A spokesman at L’Oreal also confirmed to Metro that his company isn’t ditching Cheryl.
Cheryl, 30, new massive tattoo done by famous tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado, consists over English roses and covers her lower back, her entire buttocks and upper thighs. According to Cheryl the tattoo took 8 months to complete.
The Mirror newspaper, citing a source reported that sales at L’Oreal rose after Cheryl was on The X Factor sporting a specific hair color made by L’Oreal, but now she isn’t using that and has dyed her hair with other color.
The Mirror continued that L’Oreal has now shifted her to their Skin Perfection Skincare campaign. The whole product range is based on natural beauty and now Cheryl’s new body art has left them miffed. It’s just a matter of time that Cheryl will be moved to another campaign of the company.
Earlier, Cheryl has received a lot of criticism for her new bum tattoo, including her mother, who said that Cheryl will “regret” it when she becomes older. Luckily, her boyfriend Tre Holloway loves it and supported her all the way. The former X Factor judge also defended her tattoo by going on Twitter saying that people are entitled to their own opinions, but she isn’t concerned with what people are doing with their bodies.
