Stacey Soloman has all the classic signs of being a diva, but for all the correct reasons.
Many feared that Stacey would struggle with Queen Week on The X Factor, as she isnt your typical rock vocalist, but the Queen of Dagenham went out on stage and proved she has what it takes to be a superstar.
Stacey Soloman sang Who Wants To Live Forever, one of Freddie Mercury’s signature songs, and the song which featured in the movie Highlander, so she had a lot to live up to.
And boy, did she give an amazing performance. For me, all The X Factor contestants did well this week, but Stacey’s rendition of the classic Queen hit was pitch perfect.
She really showed what an impressive vocal she had, showing a power in her voice that I hadn’t heard before.

Cheryl Cole: “Stacey that was absolutely stunning. And I have to credit Yvie [vocal coach] for whatever you did with Stacey’s vocals this week, you sang your socks off and that was beautiful.”
Simon Cowell: “That was, by a mile, the best performance of the night. Brilliant.”
Dannii Minogue: “Stacey I just want to say you had amazing comments this week. Brian and Roger [Queen] both said you had amazing vocals and not to change anything. You have made me so proud. You have grown into a woman overnight.“
