Cheryl Cole made one lucky fans dreams come true last night as she planted an “affectionate” kiss right on his lips outside The X Factor studios. The sexy judge was riding high after her debut solo single, Fight For This Love, smashed the charts yesterday by heading straight to number one, with an impressive 290,000 copies sold. That’s 110,000 more than Alexandra Burke’s Bad Boys sold the previous week.
While Cheryl normally makes a sharp exit from The X Factor studios, last night she stopped off to greet her fans, sign autographs, and even locked lips with one lucky fan who was waiting at the studio in Wembley.
Cheryl commented on her chart success last night, saying: “I have this permanent smile on my face. I’m just getting over the fact I have recorded my solo record and now it’s number one. I can’t take this all in. It’s hard for me to put into words how I feel.“
But despite Cheryl Cole’s doubters, the singer has spectacularly proved her doubters wrong. She went on to tell an astonishing 292,846 copies of her single, making it the biggest selling single of the year.
