Cheryl. Firstly I've never heard of Emma Roberts, so maybe I'm biased, but the dress is just the right size for Cheryl. It looks too big on Emma, and it also looks empty without the silver belt. I don't really like Emma's shoes either. I <3<3<3<3<3 YOU CHERYL I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!

i love emma + cheryl.but the dress suits cheryl better but if you loook closser it looks like a different coliur comparing to emmas one anyway it looks big on emma maybe cause shes not wearing a belt but even si so my vote goes to cheryl
